Laminated fiberglass and epoxy resin is a key component when controlling the strength and flex of our boards. The selection of high-grade, durable materials ensures superior resistance and long lasting performance.
Strength and Durability: The pressing process firmly compresses the wood layers, creating a solid bond that prevents cracking or delamination. This high-pressure process stores energy within the core, giving our boards superior POP, responsiveness and stability.
Manufacturing, core and sidewall milling: All our boards are Made in Italy. In-house CNC milling ensures maximum precision and our 3D concave combines ease of use at any level. Detailed processes such as the reinforced edge and the fin inserts for Lock-In Fins further enhance performance and durability
